Terms of Service

What we provide

• DCLXIIMAPS Ai provides marketing, local AI services, websites, and lead generation for businesses. The exact work for your business is agreed with you before we start.

Payments

• Service starts with a one-time setup fee of $500, plus a monthly service fee of $62. The $500 setup fee is charged once when you begin and is not renewed.
• The monthly service fee renews each month on the same date you first paid.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid, so you keep the service through the period you paid for.

Working together

• We count on you to give us the information and access we need to do the work — for example, details about your business and accounts you want us to help with.
• We keep the details of your business and our work together confidential and only use them to deliver your service.

Ownership

• Once you have paid for work we deliver to you — such as a website or marketing materials — that work is yours to use for your business.

Liability

• We work hard to get results, but no marketing service can guarantee specific outcomes such as a set number of leads or sales.
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, DCLXIIMAPS Ai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services.
